Arkos’s name is derived from the name of a stone which is born out of Japanese Art of stone formation or arrangement called “Ishigumi”. Ishigumi is part of the foundation of Zen Living: the very energy of life, the spark of creation, the lifecycle, infirmity while the stone embodies solidity and strength.

At Arkos Properties, we bring dreams to reality. Each project we undertake is focused on Zen Living. Through Ishigumi and Zen approach, we incorporate design features and shared facilities that enhance zen living through connection to nature and stability of the stone foundation with the enjoyment of work and leisure. We build with the highest materials and practices to ensure a timeless of quality.

Arkos is started in times of the pandemic in Malaysia, with the founders upgrading its business from an interior design with build and design services to Development. We have coverage in Klang Valley, Ipoh and Pahang and have completed developments these. Now we aim to share our brand of building excellence across Malaysia

Our visionary management team encompasses a wealth of experience in the industry, and talented members who are experts in the property industry. Our passion for building lifestyles living while culminating zen living, we work towards establishing a family team while helping people and businesses achieve their dreams and corporate goals with the quality homes and commercial spaces.

Director

He is the founder of Arkos Properties Group. His dedication, passion and strong motivation with over 18 years of experience, has earned him many great credentials (good customer satisfactions) and a highly favorable main contractor by many owners, architects and even developers in the design and build and construction business. From there he ventured into property development.

Alex Wong

Director

With more than 20 years’ full time work in accounting, finance, sales and marketing in businesses focusing mainly on properties related, and a certified trainer/advisor in human talent development, Alex is one the director of the Master Craft Group and Arkos Properties Group that is also known for wearing many hats. He focused on building the property development division for the group.
