Sales Executive
She is a courageous and dedicated person who make sure she do the best in whatsoever path she choose.
She used to work as a part timer but she is now joined into our family to fully involved in real estate industry. Despite her little experience in this industry, she still able to provide satisfactory service to her clients by listening to the customer’s needs, offering helpful solutions, and following up with feedback.
Her high willingness to learn and initiative to take responsible make her to improve and growing in a fast pace.
Sales Executive
Salespeople deal with ample amounts of challenge on a day to day basis. For every deal we close, we are likely face countless unanswered calls and emails not to mention uninterested or even hostile prospects, but “failure is what made people successful” . This is Faridah’s motto in life. She will always give her best in dealing with prospects and customers and will provide her best customer service.
Faridah Yusof, graduated in Diploma of Property Management from UTM, Skudai, Johor Bahru. With her 6 years of experience with PSJ group developer from 2012 until 2018, she has also earn herself as a Top Sales Executive and had won Top Sales award too.
With those years of experiences, she will be a valuable team member to Arkos Properties Group
Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing
He is a passionate and a goal driven person, always give the best in what he do and facing the challenges with a smile. From accounting educational background, hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Tunku Abdul Rahman University (TARUC).
After his college life, he involve in sales & marketing in real estate industry. With the foundation of knowledge in business, finance and accounting make him to be more strategic and being creative and innovative compare to the traditional way of doing.
In his total of 5 years journey in this industry, he is gaining the knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, training, business management and development. In Arkos, he oversee the sales and marketing activities and managing man power on different development we have in Perak, Pahang, Selangor & Terengganu.
He believe that everyone should have their own house as a shelter, where the place we can feel safe and peace. But he realize that many are afraid to take the first step. Therefore, if his help is within the reach he wanted to lend a hand. With this sense of mission, he help many of his clients and friends of his same ages to acquired their first house.
Director
With more than 20 years’ full time work in accounting, finance, sales and marketing in businesses focusing mainly on properties related, and a certified trainer/advisor in human talent development, Alex is one the director of the Master Craft Group and Arkos Properties Group that is also known for wearing many hats. He focused on building the property development division for the group.
Prior to joining the group Alex has years of audit experience with KPMG involving in both commercial and special audits of major companies such as Perwaja Group, Amway Group, Shangri-la Hotels, PJ Development Group and many others. He was also involved in various finance, corporate and listing exercises in his years serving both private and public listed companies from SEGI Group, Salcon Group, Meda Group and Ecofirst Group until he last served as the General Manager of Group Corporate Services of Andaman Group that are focusing on property development, property leasing, student tenancy, complex and hotel before starting his own business.
He has contributed to a number of different industry organizations, including property development, real estate agency, construction and interior design, and most recently, having his own boutique hotel development in Manchester, UK.
He is a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant from CPA Australia and also a Certified Topdec Advisor from Sweden, Alex also has a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from University of Melbourne Australia.
He was recognised in 2021 as “Successful People in Malaysia” by Britishpedia.
In his spare time, he enjoys going back to nature, travelling, and mostly serving as a life coach to a training company on pro bono basis as part of his contribution back to the community.

He is the founder of Arkos Properties Group. His dedication, passion and strong motivation with over 18 years of experience, has earned him many great credentials (good customer satisfactions) and a highly favorable main contractor by many owners, architects and even developers in the design and build and construction business. From there he ventured into property development.
Currently he is one of the most prominent entrepreneurs in Malaysia, nominated EY Most Outstanding Young Individuals Entrepreneurs 2016. Beside that, he had also received Top 30 Ten Outstanding Young Malaysia 2017 and JCI Creative Young Entrepreneurs Malaysia 2017. With the achievements and accolades, he is indeed one of the most prominent entrepreneurs in Malaysia.
